Rovabox Limited has announced a new partnership with Starlink distributors nationwide to deliver fast, reliable satellite internet to both homes and businesses across Nigeria. This move comes at a critical time. Starlink, the satellite internet service by SpaceX, has grown rapidly in Nigeria since its official launch. Demand has surged, but direct orders from Starlink have slowed, making it harder for new customers to get connected. To fill the gap, Rovabox is working closely with authorised distributors such as TD Africa and Servo to supply and install Starlink kits. The partnership covers both Starlink Residential and Starlink Business plans, offering full delivery, setup, and local support.Speaking about the rollout, a Rovabox spokesperson said,

“People need fast, stable internet — whether they’re in major cities or remote towns. We’re making that happen by partnering with trusted distributors and handling installations end-to-end.”

With this new setup, customers no longer have to struggle with online orders or worry about equipment delays. Rovabox sources the hardware locally and deploys trained teams to handle installations in places like Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and beyond. The company offers both the ₦57,000/month Starlink Residential plan — ideal for homes and small offices — and the higher-tier Business plan, which comes with priority support and better bandwidth for enterprise users.Industry watchers say the partnership could help accelerate internet access across underserved parts of Nigeria.

According to TechCabal, Starlink is now Nigeria’s second-largest ISP by subscriber base, with over 65,000 users as of late 2024.With this new collaboration, Rovabox positions itself as a key player in the country’s growing satellite internet ecosystem, solving the access problem with boots on the ground and strong distribution support.
